SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, rain or thundershowers has been fairly widespread in Kachin State, isolated in Upper Sagaing and Yangon Regions, weather has been partly cloudy in Bago, Ayeyarwady and Taninthayi Regions, (Eastern and Southern)Shan, Kayah and Mon States, generally fair in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were (3°C) below November average temperature in Magway Region, (2°C) above November average temperatures in Lower Sagaing Region, (Eastern and Southern)Shan and Kayah States, (3°C) above November average temperatures in Bago Region and Mon State, about November average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (2°C) in Hakha and (7°C) in Tiddim. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded was Putao (0.15)inch.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and South Bay and generally fair elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
