SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, rain or thundershowers have been fairly widespread in Upper Sagaing Region, scattered in Kachin, (South and East) Shan, KayahStates and isolated in Mandalay, Magway, TaninthayiRegions and Northern Shan, Chin States and weather has been partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Day temperatures were (2°C) above April average temperature in Chin State and (4°C) below April average temperature in Eastern Shan State, (2°C) below April average temperatures in Sagaing, Magway Regions and Northern Shan, Kayah States and about April average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant day temperatures were (41°C) each in Chauk and Taungguand (40°C) each in Aunglan, Taungdwingyi, Pyay, Taunggu(Avia), Bawlakhae and Hpasaung. The noteworthy amounts of rainfall recorded were (0.32) inch in Tamu, (0.20) inch in Kyaukmae, (0.16) inch each in Putao, Kengtung and Mogoke and (0.11) inch each in Tiddim, Mawlaik and Paungbyin.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is a few cloud to partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 12thApril, 2022: Weather will be partly cloudy in Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady Regions and Kayin State. Rain or thundershowers will be widespread in Kachin State, fairly widespread in Upper Sagaing Region, scattered in Taninthayi Region and Shan State and isolated in the remaining Regions and States.Degree of certainty is (80%).
STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (4-7)feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
