BAY INFERENCE: According to the observations at (18:30) MST today, the low pressure area over the Southwest Bay of Bengal still persists. Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTILAFTERNOON OF THE 12^thNOVEMBER, 2017: Rain or thundershowers will be isolated in Naypyitaw, Mandalay, Magway, Bago,Northern Shan, Chin,  Rakhine, Kayah and Kayin States, scattered in Yangon, Ayeyarwady and  Taninthayi Regions,  Mon State, Degree of certainly is (80%). Weather will be partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Seas will be moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (5 - 7) feet in off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Continuation of rain or thundershowers in Taninthayi Region, Shan and Mon States.
