BAY INFERENCE: According to the observations at (12:30)hrs M.S.T today, the low pressure area over Southwest Bay of Bengal and adjoining Equatorial Indian Ocean moved westnorthwestwards has intensified into a depression. It is centered at about (775) Nautical miles Southwest of Coco-Island, (890) Nautical miles Southwest of Hainggyigyun (Myanmar), (230) Nautical miles South- Southeast of Trincomalee(Sri Lanka), (385) Nautical miles South- Southeast of Nagapattinam, (445)Nautical miles South-Southeast of Puducherry and (490)Nautical miles South-Southeast of Chennai (India). Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the Bay of Bengal and a few clouds over the Andaman Sea.
