SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, light rain have beenisolated in Taninthayi Region.Weather has been partly cloudy in Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady Regions and Kachin, Chin, Rakhine, Kayin, Mon States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States.Night temperatures were (3°C) to (4°C) below February average temperatures inSouthern Shan and Kayah States, (2°C) below February average temperatures in Mandalay, Magway, Taninthayi Regions and Chin, Rakhine States and (2°C) above February average temperature in Mon State and about February average temperature in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatureswere (2°C)in Hakha, (3°C) each in Namsam and Heho, (4°C) each in Loilin and Mongyang and (6°C) each in Kyaukmae, Pinlaung and Pyinoolwin.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is generally fair over the North Bay and West Central Bay and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhereover the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 01stMarch, 2022: Rain or thundershowers will be isolated in Yangon, Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Regions and Kachin, Kayin, Mon States.
