BAY INFERENCE: According to the observations at (06:30) MST today, the low
pressure area over Southwest Bay of Bengal and adjoining Sri Lanka, Tamilnadu
Coast (India) still persists. Weather is cloudy over the Andaman Sea and
South Bay and a few clouds elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
SPECIAL FEATURES: According to the observations at (06:30) MST today, the
typhoon "DAMREY" over the South China sea, its centered at about (255)miles
Northeast of Ho Chi Minh (Vietnam) and it is forecast to move Westwards.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 4th NOVEMBER, 2017: Rain are
likely to be isolated in Upper Sagaing and Taninthayi Regions, Kachin, Northern
Shan, Chin and Mon States and weather will be partly cloudy in the remaining
Regions and States. Degree of certainly is (60%).
STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave
height will be about (4 - 8) feet in along Mon-Taninthayi Coast and about (2 - 4)
feet in Deltaic, Gulf of Mottama and along Rakhine Coasts.
OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Increase of rain in Taninthayi Region.
