SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T:During the past (24)hours, rain have been scattered in Eastern Shan State. Weather has beenpartly cloudy in Sagaing, Mandalay, Yangon, Taninthayi Regions and Kachin, Chin, Kayah, Mon States and generally fair inthe remaining Regions and States.Night temperatures were(3°C) below December average temperatures in Yangon and Ayeyarwady Regions and(2°C)below December average temperature in RakhineState, (2°C) above December average temperature inEastern Shan State and about Decemberaverage temperaturesin the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatureswere (3°C) eachin Heho and Hakha, (4°C) each in Namsam and Pyinoolwin. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded was (0.04) inch in Minesat.
BAY INFERENCE:Weather a few cloud over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 26th December, 2021:Light rain are likely to be isolated in Upper Sagaing, Taninthayi Regions and Kachin, (Northern and Eastern)Shan, Kayin and Mon States. Degree of certainty is (60%). Weather will be generally fair in Naypyitaw,Mandalay, Magway, Bago Regions and Rakhine State and partly cloudy inthe remaining Regions and States.
STATE OF THE SEA:Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (4-6)feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
