SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, rain or thundershowers have been fairly widespread in Eastern Shan State, isolated in Kachin, Kayah, Kayin States and weather has been partly cloudy inthe remaining Regions and States.Night temperatures were (2°C) above November average temperatures in Lower Sagaing, Mandalay Regions and Kayin State, (3°C) to (4°C) above November average temperatures in Naypyitaw, Magway, Bago, Ayeyarwady Regions and (Southern and Eastern) Shan, Kayah, Mon States and about November average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (2°C) in Hakha and (8°C) in Tiddim and (9°C) each in Putao and Mogoke. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded were (0.39) inch in Payathonsu, (0.08) inch in Kengtung and (0.04) inch in Hpapun.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is a few cloud over the North Andaman Sea and North Bay and partly cloudy over the South Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 28th November, 2021: Rain or thundershowers are likely to be fairly widespread in Eastern Shan State, scattered in Southern Shan State and isolated in Mandalay, Bago, Ayeyarwady, TaninthayiRegions and Rakhine, Kayah, Kayin, Mon States. Degree of certainty is (60%). Weather will be partly cloudyin the remaining Regions and States.
STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (4 –7) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of slight decrease of night temperatures in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin, Shan, Chin, Rakhine States.
