SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours rain or thundershowers have been fairly widespread in Taninthayi Region, isolated in Yangon Region and Kayin, Mon States and weather has been partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were (3°C) below November average temperature in Kayah State, (2°C) below November average temperatures in Kachin, Northern Shan States, (2°C) above November average temperatures in Naypyitaw, Mandalay, Ayeyarwady Regions and Rakhine, Kayin States and (3°C) above November average temperature in Mon State and about November average temperature in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (9°C) each in Putao, Kyaukmae, Namsam, Pinlaung, Heho, Hakha and Pyinoolwin. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded were (1.24) inches in Kyeikdon, (0.75) inch in Mudon, (0.19) inch each in Kyeikkhame and Kawthaung.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is a few cloud over the North Bay and partly cloudy over the Andaman sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 21st November, 2021: Rain or thundershowers will be scattered in Taninthayi Region, isolated in Upper Sagaing, Yangon, Ayeyarwady Regions and Kachin, Kayin, Mon States. Degree of certainty is (80%). Weather will be partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.
STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar water. Wave height will be about (4-7) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
