SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, weather has been partly cloudy in Magway Region and Kachin State. Rain or thundershowers have been widespread in Bago Region and Kayah State, fairly widespread in Naypyitaw, Ayeyarwady Region and Mon State, scattered in Yangon, Taninthayi Regions and Eastern Shan, Kayin States and isolated in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were (2°C) above November average temperatures in Naypyitaw, Lower Sagaing, Mandalay Regions and Kachin, Southern Shan States and (3°C) above November average temperature in Eastern Shan State and about November average temperaturein the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (11°C) in Hakha and (12°C) in Putao. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded were(2.79) inches in Gyobingauk, (2.20) inches in Phyu, (2.01) inches in Hpapun, (1.76) inches in Okpho, (1.45) inches in Kamamaung, (1.32) inches in Kataingti and (1.14) inches each in Taungkok and Bawlakhae.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 5th November, 2021:Rain or thundershowers will be isolated in Upper Sagaing, Magway Regions and Kachin State, scattered in Lower Sagaing Region and Chin, Rakhine States and fairly widespread in the remaining Regions and States. Degree of certainty is (80%).
STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (4 – 6) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
