BAY INFERENCE:Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the North and Eastcentral Bay of Bengal,monsoon is strong over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENIN OF THE 13th October, 2021:Rain or thundershowers will be isolated inSagaing,Mandalay,Regions and Kachin ,(North)Shan States, scattered in Mandalay, Magway Region and (Southern and Eastern)Shan,Kayah, Kayin States, fairly widespread in Naypyitaw ,Chin, Mon State and widespread in the remaining Regionsand States with likelihood of isolated heavyfalls in Ayeyyarwady , Taninthayi Regions. and Kayin , Mon states Degree of certainty is (100%).
STATE OF THE SEA: Squalls with moderate to rough seas are likely at times Deltaic, Gulf of Mottama, off and along Mon-Taninthayi Coasts. Surface wind speed in squalls may reach (35) m.p.h. Sea will be moderate elsewhere in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (7– 9) feet in Deltaic, Gulf of Mottama, off and along Mon-Taninthayi Coasts and about (5-7) feet off and along Rakhine Coast.
