SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, weather has been partly cloudy in Kayin State, rain or thundershowers have been isolated in Naypyitaw and Mandalay Region, (Northern & Eastern)Shan, Kayah and Mon States, scattered in Lower Sagaing, Magway, Bago and Yangon Regions, fairly widespread in Ayeyarwady and Taninthayi Regions and widespread in Upper Sagaing Region, Kachin, Southern Shan, Chin and Rakhine States. The noteworthy amounts of rainfall recorded were Kawthaung (2.36)inches, Kalaywa (2.20)inches, Pyay (1.61)inches, Heho and Thaton (1.58)inches each and Matupi and Laiway (1.30) inches each.
BAY INFERENCE: Monsoon is weak to moderate over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.
