FORECAST VALID UNTIL AFTERNOON OF THE 27th August, 2017: Rain or thundershowers will be scattered in Magway Region, fairly widespread in Naypyitaw, Mandalay Region and widespread in Sagaing, Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady and Taninthayi Regions,Kachin Shan, Chin, Rakhine,Kayah, Kayin and Mon States with likelihood of isolated heavy falls in Sagaing, Mandalay,Magway, Ayeyarwady Tanintayi Regions Rakhine State. Degree of certainly is (80%).
STATE OF THE SEA: Squalls with rough seas will be experienced at times off and along Myanmar Coasts. Surface wind speed in squalls may reach (35 - 40)m.p.h. Wave height will be about (7-11)feet in along Myanmar Coasts.
