BAY INFERENCE:According to the observations at (06:30)hrs M.S.T today, the low pressure area over the Southwest Bay of Bengal and adjoining equatorial Indian ocean still persists . Weather is partly cloudy over the North Bay and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL AFTERNOON OF THE 25th NOVEMBER, 2017: Rain or thundershowers will be widespread in Mandalay Region and Shan State, fairly widespread in Naypyitaw, Magway Region and Rakhine State, scattered in Lower Sagaing, Bago, Yangon and Ayeyarwady Regions and Kayah State and isolated in the remaining Regions and States. Degree of certainly is (80%).
STATE OF THE SEA: Squalls with moderate to rough seas are likely at times off and along Myanmar Coasts. Surface winds speed in squalls may reach (30-35)m.p.h.Wave height will be about (6 - 8)feet in Myanmar coasts.
OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood continuation of scattered rain or thundershowers in Shan State.
