BAY INFERENCE: Monsoon is strong over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 24^th June, 2017: Rain or thundershowers will be isolated in Lower Sagaing and Mandalay  Regions, scattered in Naypyitaw, Magway Region and Kayah State, fairly widespread in Shan State, widespread in Upper Sagaing, Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady and Taninthayi Regions, Kachin,Chin, Rakhine, Kayin and Mon States with  isolated heavy falls in Yangon, Ayeyarwady and Taninthayi Regions, Kachin, Rakhine, Kayin and Mon States. Degree of certainly is (100%).

STATE OF THE SEA: Squalls with moderate to rough seas are likely at times off and along Myanmar Coasts. Surface wind speed in squalls may reach (35) m.p.h. Wave height will be about (6 - 8) feet in along Rakhine Coasts, about (7 - 10) feet in Deltaic, Gulf of Mottama and along Mon-Taninthayi Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Increase of rain in Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady and Taninthayi Regions, Kayin and Mon States.
