FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 31th October, 2018: Weather will be partly cloudy in Tanintayi Region and Kayin state, widespread in Chin state , fairly widespread in Sagaing and Mandalay Regions and Shan state, scattered in Naypyitaw, Magway Regions ,Kachin, Rakhine and Kayin States and isolated in the remaining Regions and States. Degree of certainty is (80%).
STATE OF THE SEA: Easterly winds with moderate to rough seas are likely at times off and along Myanmar Coasts. Surface winds speed in easterly winds may reach (30)m.p.h. Wave height will be about (5 - 9)feet in off and along Myanmar Coasts.
