SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, weather has been partly cloudy in Taninthayi Region and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States. Day temperatures were (5°C) above March average temperature in Kachin State, (3°C) to (4°C) above March average temperatures in Upper Sagaing and Ayeyarwady Regions, Southern Shan , Chin and Kayah States and about March average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant day temperatures were (41°C) each in Aunglan and Bawlakhae, (40°C) each in Meikhtila, Yamethin, Naypyitaw(Yezin), Chauk, Magway, Taungdwingyi, Sinphyugyun, Kyobinkauk and Hinthada.

BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy in the Andaman Sea and South Bay and generally fair elsewhere in the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 14th March, 2015: Likelihood of isolated light rain or thundershowers in Taninthayi Region, weather will be partly cloudy in Kachin and Mon States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States. Degree of certainty is (60%).

STATE OF THE SEA: Seas will be moderate in Myanmar waters.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of slight increase of day temperature in the Upper Myanmar areas .
