FORECAST VALID UNTIL AFTERNOON OF THE 29th AUGUST, 2018: Rain or thundershowers will be isolated in Northern Shan State, scattered in Lower Sagaing and Mandalay Regions, fairly widespread in Upper Sagaing and Magway Regions, Eastern Shan and Chin States and widespread in the remaining Regions and States with regionally heavy falls in Magway and Ayeyarwady Regions and isolated heavy falls in Yangon Region, Rakhine, Kayin and Mon States.
