BAY INFERENCE: According to the observations at (15:30)hrs M.S.T today, the low pressure area over the Southwest Bay of Bengal still persists. Monsoon is moderate over the Andaman Sea and Southeast Bay of Bengal. Weather is a few cloud over the North Bay and partly cloudy to cloudy elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 27th MAY, 2018: Rain or thundershowers will be widespread in Taninthayi Region, fairly widespread in Upper Sagaing, Bago, Yangon and Ayeyarwady Regions, Kachin, (Northern and Eastern) Shan, Rakhine, Kayin and Mon States, scattered in Naypyitaw, Mandalay Region, Southern Shan, Chin and Kayah States and isolated in Lower Sagaing and Magway Regions. Degree of certainty is (80%).
STATE OF THE SEA: Seas will be moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (4- 8) feet in off and along Myanmar Coasts.
OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of the advancement of Southwest Monsoon over the Deltaic areas.
