BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and South Bay and a few clouds elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL AFTERNOON OF THE 13th MAY, 2018: Rain or thundershowers will be scattered in Rakhine State, fairly widespread in Naypyitaw, Lower Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway, Bago, Yangon and Ayeyarwady Regions, Kachin, Shan, Chin, Kayah, kayin and Mon States and widespread in the remaining Regions and States with isolated heavy falls in Yangon Region. STATE OF THE SEA: Seas will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (3- 5) feet in off and along Myanmar Coasts.
