SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, rain or thundershowers have been isolated in Mon State and partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Day temperatures were (2°C) below March average temperatures in Sagaing and Mandalay Regions and about March average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant day temperatures were (39°C) each in Chauk, Aunglan and Shwekyin. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded was Thaton (0.15)inch.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and Southeast Bay and a few cloud elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
