27-5-2024:According to the observations at (15:30) hrs M.S.T today, the Cyclonic Storm “REMAL” crossing the interior of Bangladesh and continue to move North-Northeastwards and gradually weaken into a Deep Depression during next (3) hours and a Depression during next (9) hours. Monsoon is moderate over the Andaman Sea and South Bay of Bengal and strong to vigorous over the Eastcentral and Northeast Bay of Bengal. Weather is cloudy elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

According to the observations at (17:30)hrs MST today, the low pressure area over the Southeast Bay of Bengal and adjoining East Equatorial Indian Ocean still persists.. It is likely to move West-Northwest wards and further intensify into a Well marked Low Pressure Area on (29.1.2023) and a Depression on (31.1.2023). It is likely to reach Southwest Bay of Bengal and near SiriLinka coast on (1.2.2023).
