Low Pressure Area Condition

According to the observations at (17:30)hrs M.S.T today, the low pressure over South Andaman Sea and adjoining Thailand Coast still persists. It is likelihood to move West-Northwestwards and it may further intensify into a Depression over North Andaman Sea and adjoining Southeast Bay of Bengal around (15.11.2021).
General caution
Due to the low pressure area, rain or thundershowers will be scattered to fairly widespread in Naypyitaw, Mandalay, Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Regions and Rakhine, Shan, Kayah, Kayin, Mon States during (13.11.2021) to (15.11.2021). Squalls with moderate to rough seas are likely at times Gulf of Mottama, off and along Mon-Taninthayi Coasts. Surface wind speed in squalls may reach (30-35) m.p.h. Wave height will be about (7-9) feet in Gulf of Mottama, off and along Mon-Taninthayi Coasts.
