According to the observations at (18:30)hrs M.S.T today, the Extremely Severe Cyclonic Storm(AMPHAN) over the West Central Bay of Bengal has moved to Northwards. It is centered at about (200)Nautical miles South of Paradip(Odisha-India), about (275) Nautical miles South of Digha(india), about (350) Nautical miles Southwest of Khepupara (Bangladesh), about (380)Nautical miles West- Southwest of Maungdaw and about (380) Nautical miles West-Southwest of Sittwe (Myanmar).
It is not moving towards Myanmar coasts, the present stage of the Extremely Severe Cyclonic Storm (AMPHAN) is coded yellow stage.
