28-11-2024: According to the observations at (15:30)hrs M.S.T today, the Deep Depression over Southwest Bay of Bengal has moved Northwards. It is centered at about 715 Nautical miles West-Southwest of Coco Island(Myanmar), 255 Nautical miles South-Southeast of Chennai(India). Weather is cloudy over the South Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal and partly cloudy over the North Andaman Sea.

EARTHQUAKE NEWS

A slight earthquake of magnitude (4.8) Richter Scale with its epicenter inside Myanmar (about (40) miles southeast of Muse), latitude 23.60°N, longitude 98.39°E, depth (18)kilometers about (136) miles southeast of Katha seismological observatory was recorded at (04)hr (38)min (40)sec  M.S.T on 10th March, 2018.
