BAY INFERENCE: According to the observations at (06:30)hrs M.S.T today, the low pressure area over Southeast Bay of Bengal and adjoining South Andaman Sea still persists. It is forecast to intensify into a depression during next (24)hrs. Weather is partly cloudy over the North Bay and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL NOON OF THE 5th DECEMBER, 2017: Rain or thundershowers are likely to be isolated in Taninthayi Region. Degree of certainly is (60%). Weather will be partly cloudy in Upper Sagaing, Mandalay, Yangon and Ayeyarwady Regions, Kachin, Chin, Rakhine, Kayin and Mon States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States.
STATE OF THE SEA: Strong easterly winds with moderate to rough seas are likely at times off and along Myanmar Coasts. Surface winds speed in easterly winds may reach (30)m.p.h. Wave height will be about (4-7)feet in off and along Myanmar Coasts.
OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Decrease of night temperatures in Upper Sagaing and Mandalay Regions, Kachin, Shan, Chin and Kayah States.
