BAY INFERENCE: Weather is generally fair over the Central Bay and a few cloud to partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere in the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 18th February, 2019: Rain or thundershowers will be fairly widespread in Kachin State, Scattered in Upper Sagaing Region, Shan and Chin States and isolated in Lower Sagaing, Mandalay and Taninthayi Regions.Degree of certainty is (80%).Weather will be partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (3-5) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts. 

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Continuation of likelihood of rain or thundershowers in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin State.
