BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and Southeast Bay and partly cloudy to cloudy elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL AFTERNOON OF THE 1st November, 2018: Rain or thundershowers will be widespread in Naypyitaw, Lower Sagaing and Mandalay Regions, Shan, Chin and Kayah States, fairly widespread in Upper Sagaing Region, scattered in Magway and Bago Regions, Kachin and Rakhine States and isolated in the remaining Regions and States. STATE OF THE SEA: Easterly winds with moderate to rough seas are likely at times off and along Myanmar Coasts. Surface winds speed in easterly winds may reach (30)m.p.h. Wave height will be about (5 - 9)feet in off and along Myanmar Coasts.
