PART ONE         : No Storm. 

PART TWO        : According to the observations at (17:30) hrs MST today, the tropical storm “NOUL” has crossed over Laos and now lies over Thailand. It is moving West ward and forecast continues to move West-Northwest wards as a land depression and then reach to Kayah, Kayin and Mon States (Myanmar) on (19.9.2020). Monsoon is strong over the Andaman Sea and South Bay and weak elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST FOR AREAS BETWEEN LAT. 10.5°N – 16.5°N AND LONG. 92°E

WEATHER                      : Widespread rain or thundershowers with regionally heavy falls.

VISIBILITY                     : (3) nautical miles but less than (1/2) nautical mile in rain.

SURFACE WIND             : West or Northwest (15-20)kts at times (30-35)kts.

SEAS                            : Rough.

WAVE HEIGHT               : (8 - 12) feet.
