BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 29th October, 2018: Rain or thundershowers will be widespread in Shan and Chin States, fairly widespread in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin State, scattered in Mandalay, Bago and Ayeyarwady Regions and Rakhine State and isolated in the remaining Regions and States. Degree of certainty is (80%).

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (3 - 6)feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of scattered to fairly widespread rain or thundershowers in Shan, Chin and Rakhine States.
