SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, weather has been partly cloudy in Naypyitaw, Ayeyarwady Region and Kayah State. Rain or thundershowers have been isolated in Mon State, scattered in Bago, Yangon, Taninthayi Regions and Northern Shan, Kayin States, fairly widespread in Magway Region and widespread in the remaining Regions and States with isolated heavyfalls in Rakhine State. Night temperatures were (3°C) to (4°C) above December average temperatures in Upper Sagaing, Bago, Ayeyarwady Regions and Chin, Rakhine, Mon States, (5°C) to (6°C) above December average temperatures in Naypyitaw, Lower Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway Regions and Kachin, (Northern and Eastern)Shan, Kayah, Kayin States, (8°C) above December average temperature in Southern Shan State and about December average temperatures in Yangon, Taninthayi Regions. The significant night temperatures were (9°C) in Hakha, (10°C) each in Tiddim and Tongzan and (13°C) in Falam. The noteworthy amount of rainfalls recorded were (4.49) inches in Kyaukpyu, (2.80) inches in Sittwe, (2.21) inches in Tiddim, (1.89) inches in Hmawbi, (1.85) inches in Mawlaik, (1.70) inches in Tamu, (1.42) inches in Myebon and (1.02) inches each in Tongzan and Katha.
BAY INFERENCE Weather is a few cloud to partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.
