SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, rain or thundershowers have been scattered in Bago, Taninthayi Regions and Southern Shan, Mon States and isolated in Yangon, Ayeyarwady Regions. Weather has been generally fair in Lower Sagaing Region and Northern Shan State and partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were (2°C) below November average temperature in Chin State and (2°C) above November average temperature in Naypyitaw, (3°C) to (4°C) above November average temperatures in (Southern and Eastern) Shan, Kayah States and about November average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (3°C) in Hakha, (8°C) in Tiddim and (10°C) each in Putao and Mongyang. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded were (1.77) inches in Madauk, (1.73) inches in Shwekyin, (1.65) inches in Theinzayet, (1.46) inches in Loilin, (1.42) inches in Nyaunglaybyin and (1.30) inches in Bago.

BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 14th November 2023: Rain or thundershowers will be scattered in Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Regions and Southern Shan State and isolated in Naypyitaw, Magway Region and (Northern and Eastern) Shan, Rakhine, Kayah, Kayin, Mon States. Degree of certainty is (80%). Weather will be partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (3-6) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of isolated to scattered rain or thundershowers in Naypyitaw, Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady Regions and (Southern and Eastern)Shan, Chin, Rakhine, Kayah States.
