BAY INFERENCE: Weather is generally fair over the North Bay and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 01st November 2023: Weather will be partly cloudy in Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway Regions and Kachin State. Rain or thundershowers will be isolated in Northern Shan, Chin, Rakhine, Kayah, Kayin, Mon States and scattered in the remaining Regions and States. Degree of certainty is (80%).
