BAY INFERENCE: According to the observations at (05:30) hrs M.S.T today, the Depression over Westcentral Bay of Bengal has moved nearly Northwards and is centered at about (450) Nautical miles West of Hainggyigun, (465) Nautical miles West-Southwest of Thandwe, (425) Nautical miles Southwest of Sittwe(Myanmar), (230) Nautical miles South of Paradip, (310) Nautical miles South-Southwest of Digha (India), (390) Nautical miles South-Southwest of Khepupara(Bangladesh). Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 23rd October 2023: Rain or thundershowers will be widespread in Southern Shan, Chin, Rakhine States, fairly widespread in Naypyitaw, Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway, Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Regions and Eastern Shan, Mon States, scattered in Bago, Yangon Regions and Kachin, Kayah States and isolated in Northern Shan, Kayin States.
