BAY INFERENCE: According to the observations at (17:30) hrs M.S.T today, the Depression over Westcentral Bay of Bengal has moved Northwards. It is centered at about (475) Nautical miles West of Hainggyigun, (505) Nautical miles West-Southwest of Thandwe, (475) Nautical miles Southwest of Sittwe(Myanmar), (285) Nautical miles South of Paradip, (370) Nautical miles South-Southwest of Digha (India), (450) Nautical miles South-Southwest of Khepupara(Bangladesh). Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL NOON OF THE 23rd October 2023: Rain or thundershowers will be widespread in Southern Shan State, fairly widespread in Naypyitaw, Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Regions and Chin, Rakhine, Mon States, scattered in Mandalay, Magway, Bago, Yangon Regions and Eastern Shan, Kayah States, isolated in Sagaing Region and Northern Shan, Kayin States.
