BAY INFERENCE: Monsoon is moderate over the Andaman Sea and the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL NOON OF THE 14th August, 2023: Rain or thundershowers will be isolated in Lower Sagaing Region, scattered in Mandalay, Magway Regions and Kayah State, fairly widespread in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin, (Northren and Eastren) Shan States and widespread in the remaining Regions and States with likelihood of isolated heavyfalls in Naypyitaw, Magway, Tanintharyi Regions and Mon State. Degree of certainty is (100%).

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be moderate in Myanmar Waters. Wave height will be about (6-8) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of increase of rain in Taninthayi Region and Kachin State.  

FORECAST FOR NAYPYITAW AND NEIGHBOURING AREA FOR 14th August, 2023:  One or two rain or thundershowers. Degree of certainty is (100%).
