BAY INFERENCE: Monsoon is moderate over the Andaman Sea and over the Bay of Bengal.  

FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 19th June, 2023: Rain or thundershowers will be isolated in Naypyitaw, Lower Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway Regions and Eastern Shan State, scattered in Kayah State, fairly widespread in (Northern and Southern)Shan, Rakhine States and widespread in the remaining Regions and States with  isolated heavyfalls in Yangon, Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Regions and Rakhine, Mon States. Degree of certainty is (100%).

THE CONDITION OF CUMULONIMBUS CLOUD: The Cumulonimbus clouds are developing in the Yangon, Ayeyarwady Regions and Rakhine, Mon States. The area along the Cumulonimbus clouds movement, the weather phenomena such as strong winds accompanied with rain, thunder, lightning and hail may occur and therefore it is recommended to be aware in advance these phenomena.  

STATE OF THE SEA:  Sea will be moderate  in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (6-8) feet in  off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Moderate monsoon.

FORECAST FOR NAYPYITAW AND NEIGHBOURING AREA FOR 19th June, 2023:              Isolated rain or thundershowers. Degree of certainty is (80%).

FORECAST FOR YANGON AND NEIGHBOURING AREA FOR 19th June, 2023:                   One or two rain or thundershowers. Degree of certainty is (100%).

FORECAST FOR MANDALAY AND NEIGHBOURING AREA FOR 19th June, 2023:         Isolated rain or thundershowers. Degree of certainty is (80%).
