BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy over the North Andaman Sea and Eastcentral Bay of Bengal and cloudy over the South Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 03rd May, 2023: Rain or thundershowers will be widespread in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin, Shan States, fairly widespread in Mandalay Region and Chin, Kayah States, scattered in Naypyitaw, Lower Sagaing, Magway, Taninthayi Regions and Rakhine, Kayin, Mon States and isolated in Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady Regions. Degree of certainty is (80%).
The Condition of Cumulonimbus Cloud: The Cumulonimbus clouds over the Naypyitaw, Mandalay, Magway, Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Regions and Shan, Rakhine, Kayah, Kayin, Mon States. The area along the Cumulonimbus clouds movement, the weather phenomena such as strong winds accompanied with rain, thunder, lightning and hail may occur and therefore it is recommended to be aware in advance these phenomena.
STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (4 - 6) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Isolated to scattered rain or thundershowers in Upper Sagaing, Taninthayi Regions and Kachin, (Southern and Eastern)Shan, Chin, Kayah, Kayin, Mon States.
