SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, rain or thundershowers have been scattered in Kachin State and isolated in Upper Sagaing Region. Weather has been generally fairly in Naypyitaw, Magway Region and Rakhine, Kayah States and partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Day temperatures were (5°C) to (6°C) above March average temperatures in Naypyitaw, Bago Region and Kayin, Mon States, (3°C) to (4°C) above March average temperatures in Mandalay, Magway, Yangon, Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Regions and Southern Shan, Kayah States and (2°C) above March average temperatures in Lower Sagaing Region and (Northern and Eastern) Shan, Rakhine States and (4°C) below March average temperature in Chin State and about March average temperatures in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin State. The significant day temperatures were (42°C) in Chauk and (41°C) in Bawlakhae. The noteworthy amounts of rainfall recorded were (0.16) inch in Machanbaw and (0.08) inch in Putao.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is a few cloud to partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.
