BAY INFERENCE: According to the observations at (17:30)hrs M.S.T today, the Low Pressure Area over Southeast Bay of Bengal still persists. It is likely to move West-Northwest wards and gradually concentrate into a Depression over South Bay of Bengal during next (48)hrs. It is likely to reach North Tamilnadu-Puducherry and South Andhra Pradesh coasts(India) around (23.11.2022). Weather is a few cloud over the North Bay of Bengal and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL NOON OF THE 19th November, 2022: Rain or thundershowers will be widespread in Yangon, Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Regions and (Southern and Eastern) Shan, Mon States, fairly widespread in Kayah, Kayin States, scattered in Bago Region and Rakhine State and isolated in Naypyitaw, Mandalay, Magway Regions and Northern Shan, Chin States. Degree of certainty is (100%). Weather will be partly cloudy in Sagaing Region and Kachin State.
STATE OF THE SEA: Squalls with rough seas are likely at times off and along Myanmar Coasts. Surface wind speed in squall may reach (35) mph. Wave height will be about (8-10) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
