BAY INFERENCE: According to the observations at (05:30)hrs M.S.T today, the Cyclonic Storm “SITRANG” over North Bay of Bengalhas crossed Bangladesh Coasts between Tincona Island and Sandwip Island and downgraded into a Deep Depression.It is continue to move North-Northwestwards. Weather is cloudy over the Eastcentral Bay and partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 25th October, 2022: Rain or thundershowers will be isolated in Eastern Shan State, scattered in Taninthayi Region and (Nothern and Southern)Shan, Kayin, Mon States, fairly widespread in Naypyitaw, Mandalay, Magway, Bago, Yangon and Ayeyarwady Regions and widespread in the remaining Regions and States with likelihood of isolated heavyfalls in Upper Saging Region and Kachin, Chin, Rakhine States. Degree of certainty is (100%). 
STATE OF THE SEA: Occasionally squall with rough seas will be experienced in off and along RakhineCoasts. Surface wind speed in squall may reach (40) mph. Sea will be moderate elsewhere in Myanmar Waters. Wave height will be about (9-12) feet in off and along Rakhine Coast and (5-8) feet in Deltaic, Gulf of Mottama, off and along Mon-Taninthayi Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: likelihood of fairly widespread to widespread rain in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin, Nothern Shan States.
