SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, weather have been partly cloudy in Naypyitaw and Kayah State and rain or thundershowers have been isolated in Mandalay Region, scattered in Lower Sagaing, Magway, BagoRegions and Southern Shan, Mon States, fairly widespread in Yangon, Ayeyarwady Regions and Northern Shan, Kayin States and widespread in the remaining Regions and States with isolated heavyfalls inMagway Region. The noteworthy amounts of rainfall recorded were (2.90) inches in Nyauntone, (2.88) inches in Bhamo, (2.80) inchesin Hainggyigyun, (2.44) inches in Sittwe, (2.29) inches in Aunglan, (2.09) inches in Monyin, (1.61) inches in Kawthaung,(1.54) inches in Homalin, (1.46) inches in Manaung and (1.30) inches in Labutta.
BAY INFERENCE: Monsoon is moderate over the South Andaman Sea and South Bay and weak over the North Andaman Sea and elsewhere Bay of Bengal.
