BAY INFERENCE: According to the observations at (05:30)hrs M.S.T today, the Depression over Southwest Bay of Bengal moved north-northwestwards . It is centered at about (700) Nautical miles Southwest of Coco-Island, (800) Nautical miles Southwest of Hainggyigyun (Myanmar), (105) Nautical miles East of Trincomalee (Sri Lanka), (230) Nautical miles East-Southeast of Nagapattinam, (280)Nautical miles South-Southeast of Puducherry and (320)Nautical miles South-Southeast of Chennai (India). Weather is a few clouds over the Andaman Sea and North Bay and partly cloudy to cloudy elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 04thMarch, 2022: Rain or thundershowers are likely to be isolated in Taninthayi Region and Rakhine State. Degree of certainty is (60%). Weather will be generally fair in Bago Region and Southern Shan State and partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.
