BAY INFERENCE: According to the observations at (13:30)hrs M.S.T today, the deep depression over West central Bay and adjoining South Bay of Bengal has moved North-Northwestwards and reach Westcentral Bay of Bengal. It is centered at about (430) nautical miles West of Coco-Island, about (500) nautical miles West-Southwest of Hainggyikyun, Myanmar, about (270) nautical miles South-Southeast of Vishakhapatnam, about (320)nautical miles South-Southeast of Gopalpur and about (380) nautical miles South-Southwest of Paradip, India. Weather is a few cloud over the Andaman Sea and cloudy over the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 4thDecember, 2021: Rain or thundershowers are likely to beisolated in Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady Regions and RakhineState. Degree of certainty is (60%). Weather will be generally fair in Naypyitaw, Lower Sagaing, Magway Regions and Kayah, Kayin, Mon States and partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.
STATE OF THE SEA: Squalls with moderate to rough seas are likely at times off and along Myanmar Coasts. Surface wind speed in squalls may reach (35)m.p.h. Wave height will be about (7-9) feet in off and along Myanmar Coasts.
OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of isolated rain or thundershowers in Sagaing Region and Kachin, Chin, Rakhine States.
