BAY INFERENCE: According to the observations at (17:30)hrs M.S.T today, the low pressure over South Andaman Sea and adjoining Thailand Coast still persists. It is likelihood to move West-Northwestwards and it may further intensify into a Depression over North Andaman Sea and adjoining Southeast Bay of Bengal around (15.11.2021). Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL NOON OF THE 14th November, 2021:Rain or thundershowers will be widespread in Taninthayi Region and Northern Shan State, scattered in Upper Sagaing, Mandalay, Bago, Ayeyarwady Regions and Kachin, (Southernand Eastern) Shan, Chin, Kayah States and isolated in the remaining Regions and States with likelihood of isolated heavyfalls in Taninthayi Region.Degree of certainty is (80%).
STATE OF THE SEA: Squalls with moderate to rough seas are likely at times Gulf of Mottama, off and along Mon-Taninthayi Coasts. Surface wind speed in squalls may reach (30-35) m.p.h. Sea will be moderate elsewhere in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (7– 9) feet in Gulf of Mottama, off and along Mon-Taninthayi Coasts and about (4-7) feet in Deltaic,off and along Rakhine Coast.
OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS:Likelihood of scattered to fairly widespread rain or thundershowers in Naypyitaw, Mandalay, Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Regions and Shan, Rakhine, Kayah, Kayin, Mon States.
