SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, weather has been partly cloudy in Yangon Region and Rakhine, Kayin States. Rain or thundershowers have been widespread in Mandalay Region and Shan State, scattered in Naypyitaw, Lower Sagaing,Magway, Ayeyarwady Regions and Kachin, Kayah States and isolated in the remaining Regions and States with regionally heavyfalls in Mandalay Region and isolated heavyfalls in Magway Region. Night temperatures were (2°C) above November average temperatures in Magway Region and Southern Shan State and (3°C) above November average temperature in Eastern Shan State and about November average temperature in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (8°C) in Hakha and (11°C) in Tiddim. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded were (2.91) inches in Myittha, (2.90) inches in Mahlaing, (2.01) inches in Nyaung Oo, (1.73) inches in Tada U, (1.68) inchesin Amarapura, (1.61) inches each in Kyaukse and Pakokku, (1.50) inches each in Namsam and Myitnge and (1.45) inches in Thazi.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather ispartly cloudy to cloudy over the South Bay and Westcentral Bay of Bengal and a few cloud over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 6th November, 2021:Rain or thundershowers are likely to be scattered in Taninthayi Region and Shan State andisolated in Naypyitaw, Mandalay, Magway, Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady Regions and Kayah, Kayin, Mon States. STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (4 – 6) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
