SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, rain or thundershowers have been widespread in Southern Shan, Chin States, fairly widespread in Taninthayi Region, scattered in Naypyitaw, Lower Sagaing, Yangon Regions and Kachin, Rakhine, Kayin, Mon States and isolated in Upper Sagaing, Mandalay Regions with isolated heavyfalls in Chin State. Weather has been partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded were (3.11) inches in Tiddim, (2.24) inches in Tongzan, (1.10) inches in Nyaung Shwe, (0.95) inch in Putao, (0.91) inch in Loilin, (0.83) inch in Naypyitaw(Ottarathiri) and (0.79) inch in Machanbaw.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is a few cloud over the North Bay of Bengal. Monsoon is weak over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
