Cyclonic Storm
According to the observations at (18:30) hrs M.S.T today, the Cyclonic Storm (Burevi) over Southwest Bay of Bengal has moved West-Northwestwards and it is centered at about (35) Nautical miles North-Northeast of Trincomalee (Sri Lanka), about (140) Nautical miles East-Southeast of Pamban(India) and about (245) Nautical miles East-Northeast of Kanyakumari (India).
It is not moving towards Myanmar coasts, the present stage of the Cyclonic Storm (Burevi) is coded yellow stage.

Cyclonic Storm (Burevi) is located at Latitude (9.1) degree North and Longitude (81.6) degree East, centre pressure of depression is (996) hPa and maximum wind speed near the center is (50)miles per hour at (18:30) hrs MST today.

The Cyclonic Storm (Burevi) is likely to cross Sri Lanka coast near Trincomalee on tonight and forecast to move West-Northwestwards continuously and thereafter, into Gulf of Manner and adjoining Comorin area on 3rd, December morning.
