24-11-2024: According to the observations at (05:30) hrs M.S.T today, the low pressure area over East Equatorial India Ocean and adjoining Southeast Bay of Bengal still persists. It is likely to move West-Northwestwards and may further intensify into a depression over South Bay of Bengal around 25-11-2024. Thereafter, its likely to move Northwestwards and may reach to Tamil Nadu(India)-Sri Lanka coasts during next 2 days. Weather is cloudy over the South Andaman Sea, South Bay and Westcentral Bay of Bengal and partly cloudy over the North Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
EARTHQUAKE NEWS

A slight earthquake of magnitude (4.3) Richter Scale with its epicenter inside Myanmar (about (36) miles West-Southwest of Hkamti) about (275) miles North- Northwest of Mandalay seismological observatory was recorded at (00)hrs (42)min (22)sec M.S.T on 12th June, 2016.
