26-11-2024:According to the observations at (05:30)hrs M.S.T today, the Depression over Southwest Bay of Bengal has moved Northwestwards. It is centered at about 790 Nautical miles Southwest of Coco Island (Myanmar) and 480 Nautical miles South-Southeast of Chennai(India). Weather is cloudy over the South Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal and partly cloudy  over the North Andaman Sea.

            According to the observations at (12:30)hrs M.S.T today, the low pressure area over Lakshadweep, Maldives and adjoining  Comorin area has intensified into a depression now lies over Maldives-Comorin areas and centered at about (210) miles Northeast of Male (Maldives) and (210)miles East-Southeast of Minicoy (Lakshadweep) Island. It is forecast to move Northwestwards and cross Lakshadweep Islands and reach Aribian Sea.
